The skateboarding course includes 2 hours of instructed skate school in a small group. In spring and autumn, skate schools are held at Eläintarha Skatepark, and during winter, every Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 at Kontula Skate Hall located at Emännänpolku 1 (underground shelter, 100m from Kontula metro station).

The lessons are open to everyone, regardless of age or gender. So even adult beginners are very welcome. The individual skill level of each participant is always taken into account during the instruction.

We provide helmets and boards for the course participants, but feel free to bring your own, as well as elbow, knee, and wrist guards if you have them and believe you'll need them. We recommend beginners to use protective gear.

IMPORTANT: For the youngest participants, we kindly request the presence of their guardians.

In addition to skate school courses, we also offer private lessons. The course includes 2 hours of skateboarding instruction from our experienced teacher for 1-5 individuals. So, whether you come alone or gather your own group, you're welcome! Participants of any skill level are accommodated and considered during the instruction. Participants are expected to have their own boards, and if desired, protective gear and helmets, but you can also inquire about the possibility of borrowing equipment.

Ramp school consists of 2 x 2 hours of skateboarding instruction in a PARK environment with high-level teachers.

The course is held at Kontula Indoor Skatepark, located at Emännänpolku 1 (underground shelter).

In ramp school, you’ll learn skills such as finding the right lines, gaining speed, and various ramp tricks based on each student’s skill level, from grinds to airs. The course is designed for slightly more advanced skateboarders who are already comfortable riding and can drop into ramps.

The Ramp Skating Lessons are open to everyone, regardless of age or gender.

The individual skill level of each participant is always taken into account, and the guidance is tailored accordingly. Participants must bring their own board and optionally choose to wear a helmet and other protective gear.

We offer skate school classes specifically designed for adults, catering to both beginners and those who are slightly more advanced.

In the beginner's skate school, we cover the basics of skateboarding, learn fundamental skills, gain confidence in pushing and turning, and start trying out the first tricks.

In the trick basics skate school, you'll receive assistance in starting or expanding your repertoire of tricks. The classes focus on both street and transition skateboarding fundamentals, taking into account the participants' skill levels while emphasizing a sense of shared accomplishment.

The courses are led by competent instructors, maintaining an encouraging atmosphere throughout the classes.
